Gillian Welch , widow of our Honorary member P.R.(Peter) Welch advised of Peter’s passing on 2/08/2021 aged 84.
Ron Adams mentioned that he knew Peter when he was in ESANDA in the 80’s and 90’s …..he would be known to ESANDA members of ANZROC.
